For those of you who want classic servers, it ain't gonna happen. But, there *is* a very good chance we'll get something, much, much better.Bear with me here; this is an answer in 2 parts.I've played a variety of twinks at various levels, and one thing is consistent: nothing is balanced. Some brackets will be dominated by one class (say, level 19 hunters) and then be almost non-existent (level 70 bracket hunters). Why? Because the devs gradually give you abilities, but balance all those abilities around max level (ie, level 85). They are NOT going to balance everyone each level, or even every 20 levels. It's a waste of development time to cater to such a small player base. There is hope for you classics, though. See these new "dungeon challenges?" They will *scale down your gear* when you enter challenge mode. Scale down your gear and stats, even if it's a Patch 5.0 dungeon and your are in Patch 5.3 gear.Think about it.If this test is successful, I can see it being applied across the board. Want to run Molten Core with 39 buddies? Select "old skool" mode, and your gear and stats scale down accordingly. This would be another way for Blizz to give us something to do at level cap for a relatively cheap development price.
