The new talents seem to be adding a lot of utility (especially CC's) to classes/specs that may have been fairly limited in the past. Do you think we're likely to see a change in encounter design to support this? Will we need many/most players to correctly utilize these new abilities or will we have a continuation of "bring the player not the class" so that your most competent players can now be on kiting duty/add control etc.?

I hope so! I'm really concerned for the new dungeon challenges-- unless every class has the option to bring some utility, I suspect that the leaderboards will eventually be dominated by specific class combos.
