Q for the q, sort of...I heard what I thought was a great suggestion the other day: what if the level caps in an expansion were SOFT CAPS? So when you hit the max level for the expansion you are in, you dont stop accumulating xp. However, the level steps are 10x or more larger than the last ' legit' level, and you dont gain any more abilities (although your abilities continue to scale w/your level). When the subsequent expansion comes out, they just start on the level track where they are by level, not by xp.Essentially it would give people that really want to keep playing with hardcore intensities a way to be rewarded directly for that work.Think about it...it would let the people who really really want to become truly heroic...imagine (today) seeing someone at level 92, someone who perhaps had gained 100x the xp needed to go from 84 to 85? I know I would be damn impressed. Kind of like seeing the old pvp high warlord title.
