@undeadgoatWith the forsaken not being able to communicate with the humans and worgen, I would imagine that having a functional jaw is required to effectively speak common, but not for Gutterspeak of Orcish. As for the elves, everyone knows that blood elves and high elves are too snooty with each other to stoop to the point of actually talking. Really. If I recall lore right, the High Elves despise the Blood Elves because they let their magic addiction consume them. And the neutral NPCs use a special Gnomish-grade Goblin-engineered telepathic brain-implant that allows sound waves to be translated into brain impulses of the NPC's native language.
