The only Eclipse system that will ever come close to be half functional with the switching back and forth design intention the Blizz Dev's wish to see out of Balance druids is the system where there is no "out of eclipse" state. You are always in eclipse, it is just a matter of if you are in solar or lunar. The damage boost from eclipse gets obviously scaled back drastically and ya. Sadly, for some reason that concepts seems so foreign and absurd to the devs that they just won't even sit down and even try it.
