I have never wanted to play a villain. I play to be a hero and stop the evil from happening. An evil Faction holds no appeal to me at all.

I don't see the Horde as evil. They are people with different goals than the Alliance, but still decent people. They have individuals that are good or obnoxious just like the Alliance does. The Forsaken walk the edge of evil and flirt with it...but not (generally) in a mindless raid boss kind of way.
