The DK starting gear has rings, necklaces, and relics... >.>
I realize they were part of the starting gear, but it's not like they show up on gear. Seems kinda... pointless to include those on the vendor. Unless this is Blizzard's way of subtly letting everyone know that now rings, necklaces, and relics will now show up as gear!
Probably not.
Anyway, arg! Heirloom gear, but it's all old heirloom gear! I thought the legs were supposed to finally be making their appearance with the DMF. Oh well...

The relics particularly sound silly to me since they will not even be equipped after 5.0 hits...

My DK still has Valanar and Keleseth's rings sitting in his bank. I have an inexplicable soft spot for them both, but I tend to develop weird attachments to random characters like that. It's the RP nerd in me I guess.
I'd assume they put that stuff on these vendors for people who similarly love things like that, but were forced to delete/vendor them on account on needing bank space for useful things. Void Storage means sentimentalist pack rats just got a new lease on life.
