Isn't Dungeon Set 2 available from the vendor on the right of Barum (it's a female Dwarf)? It's the vendor to the left that has the heirlooms (the elf)...

I did not see another vendor, but I'll give it a look now -- the booth was crammed ridiculously full, which made it even harder to see in there. XD
