Around Azeroth: I can see all obstacles in my way
That's the problem with opaque neon goggles -- you can't see what's coming up behind you. After Sinsong of Blood Dragons on Khadgar (US-H) glitched out and ended up stuck in an airplane over Icecrown, one of the local frost wyrms began to look at him like a conveniently packaged single-serving snack. Man was never meant to fly!

Hah, my pic! Actually, the plane itself was glitched out, I was able to hover over it on my ICC mount and get a ton of great pics from different angles.

Clearly using an inferior model of goggles. Any current model would grant 720-degree vision in all directions.

They are Joo Janta's 2000 SuperChromatic Peril-Sensitive Sunglasses! They help you develop a relaxed attitude to danger. At the first hint of trouble, they turn black, and thus prevent you from seeing anything that might alarm you!
There's actually a WoW Addon which does excatly this: As soon as you are attacked your screen turns completely black. Great fun, especially when you're tanking in a raid.
