I disagree on your disagree. Unleash is a VERY nice, small heal you can toss out basically for free. It's not for big damage, but it's good for topping off someone who's taken minor damage, and the bonus is very nice. I've seen Unleash crit for 20k once or twice - it's a good heal to get in the habit of using.

You have a point about using a GCD - if you don't have the GCD you don't have it, but for the most part it's an extremely good small heal in my experience.
