I don't think the LK Retadin was too simple. Nor do I think it was OP. Rather I think it was fun to play and the mechanics just seemed invisible. (By this I mean I could just have fun and not have to worry about mechanics).
With the Holy Bar, it seems like it is becoming a level of very visible mechanics that requires extra hoops to do what I did before. Now I'm very slowly becoming used to it, but it feels like an annoyance with a lot of inaction waiting on cooldowns.
The other classes don't really feerl that way to me.
