I can't find the exact quote since the whole thing is so long, but GC said something like there will be 8 buffs in the raid now, which doesn't bother me. Simpler = better sometimes. But then he said, the compensation for class uniqueness would come in other utilities such as snares.
There are 2 things about this remark:
1. I believe that the original question from the asker was about Sunder Armor. Yes GC listed 8 raid buffs, but where are the debuffs? Or is there going to be more than 8 when debuffs are counted? Or are they disappearing completely?
2. If there's a heavy emphasis on snares, knockback, etc, does this reflect the new raid design in MoP? Are they going to try to have raid encounters feel like "pvp versus the enemy" type of thing?

Rogues might actually have raid utility if our saps/blinds/kidney punches would actually work on the bosses for a change.
