The RUMOR(because I cant give any source I consider it rumor) on the case here is that during the shareholders call, where they said that they lost 800k subs, Blizzard said that "we will launch our "biggest patch to date" and it will be hitting live next week and its "done testing"".However I remain very spectical about this. Theres been no release marked PTR patches, which has always been the case since dawn of time, around and I'm worried this patch isnt ready properly, that it will be just thrown out live realms to please shareholders and to make them "calm down because people will come back" and let us, players, "beta test" it for them for the time it would've been still on ptr - expect ton of hotfixes coming.. maybe more than usual patch(there is, of course always hotfixes). However I'm not going to say thats the case, I will take it with pinch of salt of course as should all of us. But at the same time it all kinda fits if they actually want to go with that strategy.
