PVP Season 10 ends Nov. 29, patch 4.3 in December?

Since we know exactly when the PVP season will be ending, you'll have exactly a week to spend honor for the current season's conquest point rewards before the new rewards are released alongside patch 4.3.
Brace yourselves for what could be some of most exciting updates to the game recently with patch 4.3. Review the official patch notes, and then dig into what's ahead: new item storage options, cross-realm raiding, cosmetic armor skinning and your chance to battle the mighty Deathwing -- from astride his back!

remember what the blue post said
"Please be aware that higher ilvl PvP items will be introduced and available for Honor points with patch 4.3."
so don't go waisting you honor on the conquest items before the patch if you can avoid it.

Yes, for PvE gear, it' s time to start converting your Honor points to Justice and then refilling your Honor points so that when the Patch drops and the Valor gear becomes available for Justice points, you'll have plenty of JPs to buy the 378 Valor PvE gear you just didn't get to - especially with your alts.
Also time to forget about getting Valor points for that special piece of gear, as they will be converted to JPs real soon and that piece will be available for JPs as well.
Time to get back on the gear hamster wheel again ;-)

I cannot believe how long it's taking for each content patch to come out what is the freaking deal ? 4.3 needed to be out by november 29th that's way too long

Its almost as if there's some huge competing game coming out in December and and Blizz wants us to be knee deep in Deathwing's spine when it's released. I have to agree, they have really, really been taking their time adding content this expansion.
I won't be canceling my sub, but I will be playing a lot of ToR come late December, Deathwing can wait.

We're not done with our legendary or heroic Rag yet, a few more weeks will be nice.

Granted, they did completely revamp the Darkmoon Faire including giving it its own new zone, adding Transmogrification, void storage, 3 new heroic instances, the brand new Raid Finder and the new loot system for it, and the final raid of the expansion. Without mentioning that they have to tune the new raid 5 times for 25 N/H, 10 N/H, and LFR and all the new gear that's coming with the new patch. All things considered, I'm fine with how long this took, and the fact that it's in time to be competing with TOR is fine with me.

Sure but 3.3 introduced the 4th tier of Wrath raids, not the third. Cata does seem to be going slower in it's content.

And with 4.3 coming this late it doesn't give me warm fuzzy feelings in regards to potential release dates for the next expansion...
well, more time to play swtor between 4.3 and MoP I guess :D

is there any doubt they are doing the same with they did with age of conan and intending to release it the same week as a competitor?
the week before the old republic launch, i would bet good money on it.

The day an arena season ends has never been patch day. It's generally one or two weeks later. I'm curious as to how this synchs up with the early access release for Old republic preorders.

Season 9 ended June 28th, and 4.2 came out on the 29th.
