I would imagine if there was there would either be a weekly cap and/or significantly less rep per add/boss

Doubt it. Possibly a set amount of rep the first time you finish it (like with VP) but not on consecutive runs.

Also, raid rep is a rare thing these days anyway (excluding Vanilla, we had Karazhan, Hyjal/BT, ICC, and now Firelands) and with the Raid Finder, "closing gaps in your gear" a.k.a. "replacing stuff from the previous tier" is easier than before.

There has been no hint of a Dragon Soul raid rep on the PTR. I don't expect to see one this late in development.
