Blizzard has been horrible about changing holy Paladin spells/rotations far too frequently for my taste, even between expansion. IIRC, my paladins got at least two hot fix nerfs in LK.

So it's seems disingenuous to now all of a sudden care about Paladin consistency.

A solution is to have only mail int/spirit gear drop (up the % as resto shaman are already screwed) and have an NPC convert it into a plate item.
