I actually found the proc on Reinforced Thunderstrike to be *very* helpful as a bearal druid for generating threat. I believe the damage scaled to around 5-10k (on crit? Can't remember) or so on the first hit, so the damage (and threat) it generated was actually very significant.

I wielded that Thunderstrike with pride and I *loved* that proc. Especially since it applied on hit. Against *EVERYTHING I USED SWIPE ON*. You ever see five sets of chain lightnings hit fifteen targets? I have. And it was beautiful.
