After the amount of work they've sunk into levelling the guild, I wouldn't agree with this. Tell Z to put up or shut up - he can either be a member of the guild the way it is or he can leave.

Personally I'd kick him (along with any other alts you're not sure about). Deceit and manipulation do not make for a happy guild, and he has both in spades.
