I think this is a great idea. You can name your guild what you want, you won't have the stigma of being ditched by X the first time around, and everything you earn will be yours. Sure, you'll miss out on achievement progress and any perks you had in the old guild, but I think a fresh start for everyone would be best. You can also organize nights to do old achievements in case people don't always feel like dungeoning or raiding. It'll be a fun way to strengthen guild ties.
