Sell it back to him! Seriously, if B is not interested in being guild leader any longer, and if things are so bad that you can't get groups or events going, you could (a) sell it to him and get some hefty gold out of it, and then (b) start your own guild.

Short of that, Kizl X/Z once and for all the. There should be NO expectation to get the guild back, and his attitude makes it more pleasurable to keep it from him. if he had come back nice, friendly, and without that chip on his shoulder, things might be different for me.
