I'm gonna ecco the sentiments of everyone else, sounds to me like he's just after a guild already leveled etc so he doesn't have to do any work! It's not his guild anymore, its urs n ur sis' guild! He has no right to the leadership especially after u n ur sis have done all the work!
Personally if it were me I'd invite him as a member, if his attitude improves n he decides to help the guild by all means promote if u feel its in the guilds best interests, but under no circumstances would I give the leadership back! As gm ur sis has a responsibility to the other members, U n ur sis should take ur guild in the direction u both wish!
