And this is why we put guild structure in writing. I know people want to just be a "social guild" but any time you get 2 people together, you'll have an argument. Each additional person is capable of helping but also for disagreeing. It's why people created hierarchies and governments. We need rules, even for games.Check earthbound.guildportal.com and look at the socialization section. It's long compared to what other guilds have, but it at least outlines how drama is dealt with and leaders are chosen so this stuff is easier to shut down. I honestly think Mr. Andrews should start every answer with "write your guild rules and policies and put them somewhere people can see it, then make them agree to them before joining" as a simple answer and go from there. It'll fix 95% of the issues featured here ;P
