Pretty much what everyone else here said. It's not his guild now and he clearly shouldn't be trusted. His GM alt left server and when Z was the GM it was a hassle to save the guild from his inaction. If he really cared he would have done something then. Kick him and rename. You guys deserve a fresh start.

As for worrying about not being on enough, then have your sister give you the GM position just so its secure. I'm not sure of your living arrangements but hell, she could still lead through you by proxy.
