I'm going with Ishanah purely because I see her as more of a veteran - as already mentioned, she's been involved in a lot of fighting on the Outlands, and if she replaced Velen, I see her as being pretty darn powerful herself.

So unless Tae'thelan pulls out the Ultimate Nullifer, I think Ishanah's safe.
