As a Belf NPC, Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher suffers from a bad case of "who are you and why do I care?" syndrome. Conversely, Ishanah is a well-known Neutral Faction NPC who has been around for three expansions and hangs out int a major city.

Dunno if that counts, but...

I've gone Scryer on every toon in BC and since. Ishanah is the "who are you and why do I care" for me. /kanyeshrug
