I would like to see a cooldown on 2 minutes (maybe glyphed 1-1.5 min) that gives you 100% chance to gain three combo points, 40% chance to gain 4 combo points and a 10% chance to gain 5 combo points and is instant and castable from 30yards. It gives us some RNG and lets us lose some ramp up time. Maybe we could call it Combo point Readiness
