Gotta say, when I suffered from severe depression, the hours I spent in battlegrounds when I wasn't working were one of the very few things that kept me going. Sure, they made me feel irritated when they didn't go well, but the feeling of victory after a hard-earned win was a sensation that I didn't get anywhere else.

Very much self-medication for me. I shall be bookmarking this guy's blog!
