Kara didn't really count. Yeah, it was big in the way of mobs and bosses, but it was really just a tower. When you enter Supremus's courtyard, or the main room with branches to Gorefiend, Shade of Akama and Gurtogg, you really get the sense that this is a big-ass place. Kara? The largest area was maybe the stairwell where you climbed after beating the Curator. The biggest area for a boss fight? Probably the chess event.
