For Pilgrim's Peril, wouldn't old world flying make part of the trip much easier? At least for those level 60 and up.

Gah, brain cramp. I meant through Darnassus for Horde toons and Undercity for Alliance toons. Fly in, sit, probably-die-then-res, fly out. I haven't tested this out for my Horde toon, but I know Undercity was trivial to do during Hallow's End for my Alliance toons when they could fly.

It definitely does, although you're pretty vulnerable in that you have to land and get a seat the enemy tables no matter what. Having to lose any guards (or worse, players) on you before you remount can be a real PITA too. I would flying in the old world makes it a lot easier to reach the tables, but the ease of getting out is still subject to chance.

Azeroth flying makes everything easier, but especially for Undercity with its chokepoint gate. You may not get a chance to fly out if anyone puts you in combat so go naked and clear your bags of gear with durability in case you need to spirit rez at a graveyard.During Hallow's End I would tag Alliance at UC to keep them in combat but only after they completed the quest and if I was lower level than them. :)

@ AllisonI go into these things figuring I'm going to die. :) As long as I can get the achievement before dying I'm fine. I guess that comes from playing so many FPSes over the years that I don't get annoyed about dying as long as I get my goal accomplished.

"clear your bags of gear with durability in case you need to spirit rez at a graveyard"So the outfitter "Birthday Suit" no longer saves you from damage when you have a teleport malfunction/dismount from 30,000 feet?Never knew of that change (or was it a case of a WoW "Urban Legend" that you could strip to save your gear?)

@AmaxeGear in your bags still doesn't get damaged when you die.But Allisons point was about rezzing at the spirit healer, which damages ALL your gear, worn or in your bags. Which can get quite expensive ...

@Amaxehttp://www.darklegacycomics.com/47.htmlAs DarkAviator said, its the spirit rez at the graveyard that will hit your durability. Don't forget to leave the pilgrim gear on though!

You do not get flagged when you go to Ogrimar as long as you approach from the south east the tables are basically in the same place they used to be . . . i flew in dismounted sat down. . . jumped up and mounted up then flew away while players were stare'n at me, no guards or npc's responded :) good luck everyone!
