Regarding flagging... whaaaa? Maybe it's just guards always attacking, but every year i've done this, i've always been flagged (as horde) at all the alliance areas. This is on a PVE server. I thought you got flagged as soon as you enter the country of the opposite faction's city. And I could swear I've pwned kids at both orgrimmar and TB tables in past years...

That's odd. On my Horde main, I managed not to get flagged at the Stormwind or Ironforge tables, albeit at the tables with the most distance from each city (you're right about being immediately flagged within city territory, but the feast areas were located a sufficient distance from them -- or at least, a set of tables was). My Ally toons weren't flagged outside Org or Silvermoon.I'll check this out when the holiday goes live. It's possible this changed last year when I was just running alts through the holiday for fun and cooking skill and wasn't really paying attention to the PvP stuff, but my characters definitely didn't get flagged in all the cities on a PvE server in 2009.

I'm trying to remember... I'm pretty sure that if you aren't flagged in the zone for the capital cities, you do get flagged as soon as you sit down.Been too long since I did it... maybe I'm completely wrong about it. Would be a good idea to check at any rate.

Countless southshore -> scarlet monastery runs through Tirisfal Glades w/o getting flagged. Waaaaay too much runs..
