Azeroth flying makes everything easier, but especially for Undercity with its chokepoint gate. You may not get a chance to fly out if anyone puts you in combat so go naked and clear your bags of gear with durability in case you need to spirit rez at a graveyard.

During Hallow's End I would tag Alliance at UC to keep them in combat but only after they completed the quest and if I was lower level than them. :)
