How often does a 60+ need to be in the BC starting zones? The question could be extended to all of the old world... how often does a level 60+ need to be anywhere other than Outland, Northrend, the 80-85 level zones, or the capital cities?

Amaxe is absolutely correct. They were re-doing the *entire world*. They should have included the BC starting zones.
