That's 2 classes and 2 specs, by my count, although the last one has to give up another nifty buff or debuff to bring it.

Not that I disagree that E&M will probably still hang around.

I was just doing the math, that confused me as well. By my count, 3 specs and 2 classes (all warlocks, balance druids, unholy death knights, all hunters and assassination rogues).

But, agreed, I don't think it will go anywhere, unless the "+spell damage taken" debuff is removed in its entirety.

I totally forgot the rogues and hunter pets, that's why, and I'm not sure how it happened.
