While we're speculating, I wouldn't be surprised to get a glyph that makes Wrath castable while moving. Blizzard dipped their foot into that pool by giving Mages Scorch on the move, and later made a glyph to do the same for Lightning Bolt. I think they were extremely cautious in going down that road, but that it's been working for 2 specs, I'd expect to see more of the same in MoP.

I like how they took two different routes, possibly to see how people reacted, testing the water as you mentioned. Very interesting indeed!

Moonkin need some ability to cast something while we're moving. Not being able to keep up doing DPS while we move would be really horrible for the spec. We get none of that from the current talent trees, so either they need to add it into the talent trees, or they need to add it in as as glyphs.
