Just going to c&p from my other post:"Using your item will get the celebrations rolling by shooting off fireworks*, applying a (visual only) tabard to your character, and granting a 7% bonus to experience and reputation gains while active."From the somewhat vague wording, I fear it may not even be an actual, usable, honest to goodness tabard per se, but rather a visual effect of the xp/rep buff that comes from using the Celebration Package

Yeah, that's what I'm getting from this. Unless it's a scaled-down version of the overcoat they were spruiking for the Gnomer/Echo events.

The way I understand it, It means you can wear your usual rep tabard and reap its rep rewards while still being able to celebrate blizz's bday. It's 'visual only', as in, not gonna take up the slot on your character sheet.
