Ok this my be a stupid question but while i play an enhancement shaman i have no idea what secondary stats i should be aiming for.All i know is the agility thing so what secondary stats should i be going for?

Hit, Expertise, and Mastery are tops. Crit and haste are bottoms, if only because crit is random and haste is nigh-worthless due to Flurry.

Crit is not going to help as much due to giving you 50% extra damage instead of 100% for half your damage or more.
Haste only really helps white swings and again, that's even less damage than crit it helps.
Mastery helps over 50% of your damage.
Hit helps 100% of your damage until you hit 17% spell hit. After that it drops (see haste.)
Expertise helps your attacks hit, putting it above mastery until capped for dodge and blow hit. Just like hit, once capped, (26) it is worth less than others.

@Jeff: Haste isn't that bad because of Flurry. Flurry has no real bearing on it. Haste is bad for us because a) we have no resource. i.e. nothing for haste to give us more of, or replenish faster. and b) we have no (or very little) cast time spells, for haste to speed up or allow us to cast more of.
