Can anybody answer if the normal t13 pieces will be available with valor points when 4.3 drops?

You can't get any T13 pieces from Valor this time. They will have offset pieces for all the slots (sans shoulders), but nothing with the tier bonuses.

Thanks for the quick response! I'm assuming normal t13 drops in the normal 10/25-man raid, so hopefully my guild can gear up for the 10s.:D
