I'm Japanese, and we don't (as a culture) celebrate Oktoberfest, Chinese New Year, Day of the Dead, Halloween, OR Thanksgiving. That has never stopped me from enjoying something in-game, which they've gone out of their way to implement and made it interesting.What you're trying to do is to make us accept your bias against American culture itself and not question your logic behind dismissing an in-game invent simply because it is American.
