Chuck Norris plays a melee hunter in latest WoW commercial
Chuck Norris jokes have been a fixture of Warcraft Barrens and trade chat lore for years, so it was probably inevitable that we'd get something like this eventually. Personally, I'm still a bigger fan of Vin Diesel jokes (and Vin Diesel the human being, for that matter), but it's hard to deny that Chuck doesn't have his place in pop culture and in the WoW community. Now, with this commercial, it's official. And I won't lie, I'd probably give my humans that hairstyle and beard if they showed up in game.

Not saying he's not in great shape for a 71-year old, but even more than with the Ozzy Osbourne and Mr. T. commercials I have to wonder what exactly is their target audience.
Sure, they're all icons, but far more for older age groups than the current gameplay and rest of the game suggests is the target audience. It makes as much sense as e.g. Sabrina Solerno playing a 'Blood-Elf Vixen' or Arnold Schwarzennegger a 'HOO-man Terminator'.
You'd rather expect Justin Bieber playing an 'Orc Bad-ass' (it is a fantasy game, after all) or Lady Gaga a 'Goblin Frutecake'.

All honesty, all the jokes should be in the format of "Teddy Roosevelt", much more realistic. :P
