The total destruction of Stonard could be possible. But Stonard is not a port and it is the main questing hub for the Horde in the Swamp of Sorrows so I doubt it will happen.

And this is also another reason why I doubt the Alliance will permanently lose Thermadore.

While giving the Horde Dustwallow Marsh may make sense from a game balancing standpoint as the Alliance have more questing zones in the 1-60 content. I doubt any more balancing will be done.
