Points that are new to me:

"Guild Standards are again useable in Firelands. Duration has been increased to 15 minutes, the effect has a 100 yard radius, and now affects dead players."

!!!
That's fantastic for the many alt-runs we'll be doing.

"Added a "promote everyone" checkbox that will automatically make all raid members, Raid assistants. This checkbox can be found in the Raid Frame and the Unit Frame "pull-out" tab."

This is a nice convenience! This is something that the leader has been doing manually for our guild raids because it helps everyone feel more involved. My guildies are also mature enough to not abuse /rw access.

I wasn't sure I understood that. Does that mean it's going to have a 15 minute duration and 100 yard range at all times now? Or just in Firelands?

Beats me. At least it'll be the case in Firelands, and hopefully in other places. Anyone on the PTR know?

The change is reflected on the item's tooltip, so it's not Firelands specific.
