I'm confused by the blue statement: "Thankfully, Blizzard has your back, because now you can deliver a $60 gift for less than 30 bucks." However, on the link, it says "Digital gifting not available for StarCraft II®: Wings of Liberty™"...how does this work?
Also, is this a good price for SC2? I'm debating on whether to get it or not (whether I'd actually play it or not really) and I know that it can be had at $50 at Amazon, so it's still cheaper, but is it forseeable that maybe the price would drop further sometime around this time of year?

It's campaign and modding community is fantastic even if you don't like melee, there's plenty to offer in sc2.

I've had a great time with the campaign mode and a tiny bit of skirmish mode. I don't do multi-player because it makes me angry. Certainly worth $30 to me (I paid full price for a collector's edition and am completely happy with my purchase.)

SC2 has an unlimited free trial of the first few missions, so you can see if you like RTS games or not before you spend the $.
