As has been discussed before and has been a lively topic on e.g. Greedy Goblin (http://greedygoblin.blogspot.com/2011/11/random-bg-massacre-reloaded.html and later posts), while at first glance the significant Conquest-for-Random-BG's may look like a buff to PUG-BG players, in actuality it is not.

Not only will it raise the Average Gearing Level (and hence increase the need to grind out gear which paradoxically will mean less once you have it), but it will make premading in a PUG_environment even more attractive, and with add-ons like AV Enabler still unnerfed the results can (and probably will) be pretty darn ugly.
