I don't see prot warriors using Last Stand as a rage "finisher", unless you want to be a mana sponge. The mitigation provided by Shield Block (as horrible as it is in the current MoP talents) is superior in almost every scenario.

BTW, you really glossed over some of the changes, there's a lot more happening that you may have missed (such losing Rallying Cry, Concussion Blow, Challenging Shout, Vigilance, Vengeance, Field Dressing, Hold the Line, Enrage from evading for prot, Revenge hitting a second target, spell damage reduction, Thunderstruck, Safeguard, and so on).
