How long can we expect to go between each Rewind? Basically, should I pop Time Warp after the Blessing of the Bronze Dragonflight expires, or should I stack them? Also: as a Fire Mage, I really want to be in charge of the resetting so I can chain Combustions. I know it would be terrible and stupid, but I really want to keep a Combustion going for a full minute of utter doom, becoming stronger each time. /evilgrin

You should blow your cooldowns as follows:
1) after he casts temporal snapshot. This will be where you are reset to each time. You will want to pop you CDs then.
2) after time resets, thereafter.
If you do it that way, you should have the fullest possible gain from your CDs and from Blessing of the Bronze Dragonflight each time you are reset to the original snapshot position.
Hope this helps :)

One of his moves applies a stacking debuff that increases damage taken. My groups have always been popping them at around 4-5 stacks.

End Time was the only dungeon I tried on the PTR and I have to say the Murozond was a total BLAST! I had to stop my maniacal laughter the first time we popped the rewind, we didn't do much explanation just ran in and started to blow him up then I was suddenly zipping back and nuking him again at full blast. I only did the fight once and it's already my favorite fight not quite in the game yet. Oh this is gonna be so much fun tomorrow!
