Patch 4.3 is one of those sea-change patches where bombshell features are being added to the game. Transmogrification, void storage, and the Raid Finder (just to name a few) are big deals. WoW has been without solid character customization options for years, and transmogrification hopefully is only the beginning of a new push for more options.
Transmogrification is obviously my new favorite feature coming in patch 4.3, but what about you, dear readers? What are you most looking forward to doing or experiencing once the servers go back up and Azeroth finally gets to stand up against the might of Deathwing the Destroyer?
Oh, and if you need some context on the image above, the image of Deathwing smoking a hookah was actually a misunderstanding between a foreign art team and Blizzard while working on Warcraft: Lord of the Clans, but it was so awesome Blizzard decided to leave it in. Deathwing, you've changed, buddy. You used to be so chill.

I'm greatly anticipating pretty much everything about this patch, but transmog and lower xp requirement in Northrend are my top two. I adore Outland with it's bright color scheme and crazy gear, so all my alts end up dying in Northrend (Land of Grays and Blues). It will be great to just zip through that content as fast as I can.
And transmog... Very first thing I'm doing when servers come back up is taking my DK to Acherus to get my starter greens and blues. I'll finally look like a death knight again!

if the best feature being added is the ability to make the epic 85 gear look like epic 60 gear..theres a problem.
There adding a new raid and three new dungeons.
None of that is a fav? wow so in reality the actual "NEW" content is a bust!
transmogrification as its actually called is a waste of gold time and resources that could have been better used to say add a new zone into the mix or even start a padarean intro line to the non lore geeks? ( im a loremaster i am a lore geek) but to the rest who really have no idea why pandas are being added to the game.
Lets face fact here deathwing will be nerfed within 30 days again within 90 days..
Heres a true new idea, stop dumbing the game down. i havent yet heard anyone cry to have more hp on a toon to last longer in one on mob encounters i havent heard anyone crying how so undoable these bosses are yet every time something new is added its hard mode for a month then nerfed so the impaticent children can down it in blues!

So transmogrification is pointless because it adds a level of customization that a lot of people wanted very badly? New raids come with every patch, and yes, some are a lot more exciting than others and there is a lot of hype about them but the amount of features that aren't related to new raids in this patch shunts them to the side.
Blizzard wants people to see more content, they don't want the majority of their time to be spent on content that only 10% of the player-base will see. So after they let the more rigorous raiders have a chance to down content at its hardest, they nerf it so that less rigorous raiders can try content.

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of how programming works. Transmogrification required close to no resources from the art department, and absolutely no resources from the quest design department. The heavy lifting for that feature was probably done by the database and programming people. So if they hadn't done transmogrification, that would not have freed up the resources to write pandaran intro quests or a new zone.
I don't work at a gaming company, but anyone in computing probably knows that you don't ask the database guy to write you a GUI.

While being a WoW packrat lets me remember so many things while going through my bank, I seem to be out of space. With Void Storage, finally my packratting can continue.

without a doubt, I'm looking forward to void storage the most. I have become a virtual hoarder to the point that it was debilitating, so now I'll be able to hoard a bunch of my stuff elsewhere and free up enough room that I can start collecting a PvP set! I haven't actually ever PvP'd since they started resilience since I couldn't afford room for a second set. Who knows, maybe I'll even start tanking as an off-spec with all the room I'll have!

I'll transmog my gear right away, my GF prolly too, she got a full Judgement and Corruptor even before transmog was announced, now she is crazy excited! I'm gonna fill my Void Storage with stuff and make space in my bank, which will be awesome. I can't wait to try the new 5-mans too, fill those damn slots with 378 gear and try the LFR feature!! I'm reaaaally happy with the patch, it's like WoW was frozen in time for so many months.. now we get to do stuff again

Transmogrify me! Building transmog outfits is essentially all I've done for the last 2 months. I'm so excited to finally bring my hard work to life!
While I'm less than excited about the holy paladin changes and how they will effect pvp healing, I'm super excited for my shiny new Season 11 gear. That will definitely not be transmogged away.
I really can't think of anything in 4.3 that I'm not excited about. I essentially put pve on hold in 4.2 because it just wasn't that exciting. 4.3 has so much to offer and I'm tickled as pink as my transmog set :D

Transmogrification!! I've already collected a nice set for my main and one of my alts, and I'm working on sets for my other alts. And no, they're not tier gear.

This is probably gonna sound stupid, but more than anything else, I'm looking forward specifically to the Well of Eternity 5-man... for no other reason than we get to work alongside Illidan Stormrage.
Illidan is one of my absolute favorite lore characters, he is looking seriously sexy in WoE (as opposed to his "demon'd-out-all-to-heck" BT form), and I can hardly wait to HELP him for once!... I've always hated the fact that the only time I got to see him in-game was emoting /sorry and /mourn at him as I beat the tar outta him in BT. :(
Looking forward to rectifying that! ^_^
