The change is to give us less burst damage and more sustainable damage. It's not really a nerf but a move from where our damage is currently.

I am more upset about the change in Holy Radiance as a ret instead, it was one of the things I popped during heavy damage to help the healers, not it will be a loss of DPS and I will have to target someone.... not a fan. I think it should have stayed as is for Ret and Prot and then a passive ability or a specced into ability changed it for holy.
