Nah, they've already said that only dragons can be Aspects, although I wonder if Wrathion will get to be Earthwarder. Thrall is bound to pop up in MoP, whether he's on the scene of some big elemental disturbance, or if we go consult with him, Aggra and the kids in their little house in Nagrand.

Perhaps this isn't the trailer Blizzard originally wanted to make, but they wanted to head off a bit of Thrall backlash. I like the character, but we've seen rather a lot of him recently.
