You can do it later on regular, you just get "locked" from LFR for the rest of the week.

This rule is only for the LFR level difficulty.

Normal/heroic is a separate system. So you could get loot from LFR Morchok, then run normal Morchok and get more loot from him.

What happens in LFR, stays in LFR.

Loot distribution in normals or heroics remains a decision for your raid like always.
