The Daily Quest: So much to do, so little time
WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
Have you made yourself pretty yet? Seen the new heroic dungeons? Or are you like me and gleefully rolling around in all the new bank space you've gotten since void storage went live? Regardless of what you're doing in patch 4.3 right now, there's still plenty left to discover -- and today, we've got some posts from around the blogosphere with guides to the various new things you'll find in the new patch.
- Icy Veins has a wonderful series of guides to everything you'll ever want to know about the Dragon Soul raid.
- MMO Melting Pot offers a comprehensive look at the new rogue legendary daggers, including how long it'll take to get them.
- Dreams of Iso'rath presents a lovely guide to the basics of building a set for transmogrification.

I've enjoyed the new 5-mans so far. There is something to be said about dungeons being a bit more relaxed in their difficulty again. Haven't had the courage to try the Raid Finder yet.
I haven't really been rolling around in all the new bank space yet because I'm trying to save my gold. But it is nice to have the option! I made the mistake of transmogging first thing though, because I've already had to ditch some of my pre-patch 4.3 gear. Well, it was nice to see my priest in Avatar gear if only for a day.

I'm sad about the aoe-them-all-get-the-loot style being adopted again, but, if that's what the playerbase wants...

Not enough leaders use the Sylvannas model.

Patch 4.3 has brought about some great ideas and functionality; however, it is disappointing to see good ideas poorly implemented.
Case in point: you can only store some of your soulbound tabards in Void Storage, the rest you have to continue to keep half way across town in your regular bank account. There is an error message that pops up about 'unique' items despite each Cataclysm faction tabard being different from each other.
Also, Blizzard missed a chance to give users more functionality when they combined Transmogrifying and Void Storage in the same Ethereal's shop: there is no way to apply the look of something in your Ethereal-managed Void Storage to something you are wearing through the Ethereal-managed Transmog service. Duh.
Last but not least, did Blizzard really not foresee players getting too much distance between them and Thrall and glitching the script in the new heroic?

I feel like this is horrible shameless self promotion... but I fired up a little place for me to write things over here, if you're interested.

Anslym from www.bagoverflow.wordpress.com here,
I wrote guides for the 3 new heroics which includes an overview of each boss fight AND a guide to the trash before each boss. Pop by and take a gander if you so desire. Thanks for the awesome site!

Everytime I've transmogged something I get an upgrade in the next dungeon. Gamed this actually, transmogging my 346 staff to the scythe of ahune then got the dagger of hentai from the archbishop in the dungeon that popped 2 minutes later...
Beyond that I like the new dungeons, Well best (probably the best cata dungeon overall) then Hour, then ET. Dawnslayer is annoying in a way tanks will never really appreciate, but Echo of Tyrande (which I've gotten in every ET so far) usually has me on stunlock.
